German or French speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large international company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with fluent German or French. The multilingual Customer Service team provides international client support to German or French speaking clients so it is important that the customer service advisor has solid experience dealing with international clients in a busy and challenging role.

As a customer support, your main duty will be taking support calls from German or French customers dealing with queries, requests and entering information into the call management database processing requests and monitoring the call escalations and where necessary solving any issues and requests. Working in a dynamic team, the working environment is professional and full training is provided.

Profile

  • Fluent German or French and English
  • Previous experience within customer support or sales administration or client care is desirable but could be an entry level role for the right languages
  • Customer focus, with demonstrable skills in managing customer service situations, sales administration and customer support ideally
  • Must live in West London due to shift patterns
  • A strong and confident communicator in the required languages
  • A team player able to work well and communicate within the group
