French speaking Team PA

A City-based European bank is urgently looking for an experienced French-speaking PA/Team Assistant to provide seamless, executive support to the HR Director and the wider Human Resources department in London and Paris!

The HR division is a friendly and well-established team and one of the busiest areas of the bank! Owing to the nature of the role, this requires an experienced Team PA with prior exposure to working in similar, global, corporate, environments. Ideally you will have supported a busy HR/ personnel in a PA/ team secretary capacity however candidates with a demonstrable PA /Secretarial background and experience of working within similar corporate environments with a keen interest in HR will also be considered.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day administration of the HR department by assisting with all kind of queries, organising travel arrangement and liaising with HR colleagues from their Paris office. As a French speaking Team Pa you will also be providing seamless, PA support to the Head of Human Resources, managing meetings, arranging travels, inbox management and assisting with projects if needed. It is essential for you to have an eye for detail, take initiative in addressing challenging tasks as well as being perfectly bilingual in French and English as possessing great cultural awareness.


  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working as a PA, personal assistant, team secretary, team assistant, EA, executive assistant, office manager, within a corporate environment i.e financial services or investment banking
  • Experience of working within a Human Resources / HR / Personnel department would be desirable or a keen interest in HR
  • Experience of supporting senior managers within a professional services environment
  • Highly organised with sound judgement and the ability to prioritise workloads accordingly
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills; confident in dealing with executive management
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to work independently
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
