French speaking Sales Operations Coordinator

Our client, a sustainable and eco-friendly retailer that sells home and lifestyle handmade products, is looking for a French speaking Sales Operations Coordinator to provide support to the European Sales team. This role is fundamental to the effective management and completion of pre and post sales activities.

The company is based in Totnes (Devon), with a salary of up to £21,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday – Friday / 9 am – 6 pm and they operate a hybrid model (3 days in the office and the rest from home!)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing customer/client orders and invoices
• Dealing with customer queries
• Managing and escalating issues when required
• Translating marking trade emails
• Other administrative tasks to support the EU sales teams as required

About you:

The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and English and have previous experience in customer service, administration or order processing. In addition, you will need to be very organised have an interest in sustainability.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in French and English (in addition, German and/or Spanish are also desirable)
• Must have excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work as part of a team but always on own initiative
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Interest in sustainability
