French speaking Customer Service Advisor

Our client, an international company, who specialise in providing the best nutrition for animals, is seeking for a professional French speaker with experience in nutrition to join their Customer Support team in Richmond.

As a French speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering emails and telephone calls across France. You will be given advice on any nutrition queries, understanding the needs of the customer and give feedback to the Nutrition team about the products. You will be dealing with a wide range of customers and it is therefore important for you to be a confident, well-spoken individual to communicate clearly and effectively. This vacancy would be suitable for someone who has a passion for animals and wants to develop their career within this field.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience with Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service, Customer Representative or Customer Support
  • Degree in Animal Science, Zoology, Veterinary or equivalent is desirable
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Passionate about animals
  • Keen to develop and learn within the nutrition field
  • Have superb problem solving skills
