A brilliant position within a fast-growing, innovative company has occurred for a bright Customer Service Advisor with excellent command of the French and English language, both written and spoken, to join a multilingual team in London. You will have a great personality and will be passionate and hard-working to achieve great customer service. The purpose of the role is to significantly improve the customer service experience with a view to providing the best online experience. You will be able to work from home 3 days per week.
