Our client, a well-establish organisation within the manufacturing sector which provides materials to various brands and airline branches are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator with strong French or German language skills to join their vibrant team in Croydon, London.

Within this position you as a Bilingual Sales Administrator you will be dealing with B2B clients within the French or German market directly. You will be responsible for internal and external communication whilst using your French or German language skills. As part of your role, you will be involved in order management, account management, order fulfilment and product support on the relevant French or German accounts. You will be providing first-class client service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be confident, have previous experience in logistics or shipping and possess outstanding communication skills as you will be communicating with various clients and divisions within the company.

  • Required to be fluent in French or German to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Solid experience providing order processing, order fulfilment, especially in a product support and/or order dispatch environment
  • Previous experience working in customer care, sales administration, client support or account management dealing with products
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Able to commute to Croydon on a daily basis
