French and Dutch speaking HR Assistant

This is an absolute fantastic role for a professional who sought to develop their HR skills within a multinational FMCG organisation. They are seeking a skilled bilingual HR Assistant with strong language skills in French and Dutch to provide seamless administration support throughout the HR division. You will be the first point of contact for all resolutions of HR queries across the European Human Resources department.

This position is offered as a permanent opportunity for someone with previous experience working in an HR department or outstanding administrative experience in an office environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for providing excellent organisation and administrative support
  • Dealing with HR related issues, managing all employment queries, translating documents in French and Dutch
  • Reporting and maintaining the HR database and assisting with projects if needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationship across various departments

About you:

In order to fulfil this role, it is essential for you to have solid administrative skills, able to work under pressure and have strong language skills in French and Dutch to a native level. Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in English to a standard level
  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or HR Executive is desired
  • Excellent administrative skills are essential
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Sap, HR portal or Live Chat
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
