Finnish or Norwegian speaking Research Consultant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finnish or Norwegian speaking telemarketer. You will be working remotely, so do not need to be based in London, you can be based anywhere in the UK.

Excellent communication, attention to detail and research skills are a must for this position as well the ability to understand and explain complex concepts and definitions. Previous experience working on similar projects is highly advantageous, but not essential. This is a great opportunity to use your Finnish or Norwegian language skills, contribute significantly to sales process by securing appointments and sales.

Profile:

• Finnish or Norwegian to mother tongue standard.
• Fluent English.
• Prior experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Driven, goal-focused, and enthusiastic about meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to create new leads.
• Clearly articulate the advantages of our services and secure sales.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales efforts.
• Work with the sales team to devise effective lead generation strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction.
