English speaking IT Technician

A great new opportunity has arisen at an IT company that specialises in in-store retail IT systems, services, solutions, project management and support platforms. This role will provide you with a lot of independence while you work together with the Warranty Services team to ensure all EPoS equipment is correctly staged and repaired to meet customers’ needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with the UK teams to ensure all EPoS equipment is correctly staged and repaired
• Troubleshoot returned equipment and associated warranty activities
• Maintain individual and company certification to support Staging and Warranty activities
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve goals

About you:

To be a successful candidate for the role it is essential that you are fluent in English (C2-level). Furthermore, you must live in (or be willing to move on short-notice to) the Utrecht area. Are you able to provide technical IT technician support, such as repairing or installing EPoS equipment, while also communicating well with customers? Then this might be the perfect role for you!

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in English (C2-level), both written and spoken (any other language is not essential but a definite plus)
• Experience working with EPoS IT systems
• Located around the Utrecht area or wiling to relocate on short-notice
• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware
• Able to liaise with clients easily using written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
