An outstanding role has arisen for a skilled Dutch speaking VIP Account Manager to join a successful company in central London. If you are creative, ambitious and have high attention to detail then this role will be perfect for you. You can become part of a multinational team that works within a thriving company which specialises in all aspects of online gaming and are looking for a Dutch speaking VIP Account Manager to join their creative team in central London.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email, chat and delivering top-class customer service across the Dutch market
  • Offering consultative advice in order to upsell relevant products
  • Going over and above to retain customers/clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers/clients

About you:

The successful candidate would be confident in interacting with high-end profiles, diligent, a creative thinker and able to multitask with a background in customer service or sales. It is a great opportunity for a bright Dutch speaking VIP Account Manager to be involved in a successful company, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skill set and work in a friendly multilingual team!

Profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience within a customer service, account management or sales role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to listen and understanding what the customer needs and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Previous background in gambling, sports, betting or gaming would be desirable
  • Strong MS Office skills
