A leading international, independent real estate consultancy in Amsterdam is urgently looking for a diligent Dutch speaking Secretary to be part of their highly successful team. You will provide support of the highest standard to a team of 10+ and provide full administrative and secretarial support where needed. International communication with colleagues from offices across the EU and UK will also frequently take place.

The role is well-suited for a candidate who is extremely organised, self-motivated and can handle a role with a variable workload and pace. You should also have impeccable language skills in both Dutch and English.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing accurate reports, letters and other documents in accordance with standard formats, meeting any agreed deadlines
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients and setting up meetings, seminars and client appointments
  • Organising maintenance for office equipment and machinery, with assistance from the facilities department
  • Providing dedicated secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, including minute taking
  • Supporting with many other responsibilities that are also included in this varied job

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Dutch (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Excellent organisational abilities and a good eye for detail
  • Experience with diary and inbox management, as well as excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Living in the greater Amsterdam area and able to start at short notice
