Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative

Do you love travelling and want to have an abroad working experience in the warm Mediterranean area? One of the leaders in the automotive industry is in urgent need of Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for drivers who need maintenance appointments, road assistance, or other services related to their cars.

Your responsibility will include:

• Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to Dutch-speaking drivers, assisting with maintenance appointments, road assistance, and other car-related services.
• Handle Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other channels professionally, ensuring accurate recording of customer information and understanding their needs.
• Coordinate Service Requests: Schedule maintenance appointments and roadside assistance efficiently, liaising with relevant departments and external providers for timely resolution.
• Offer Product Knowledge and Guidance: Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers based on comprehensive knowledge of automotive products.
• Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

What you will get:

You will become more adaptable and earn an abroad working experience. The role is based in Greece, but you can work from home. Relocation support is provided such as flight tickets and hotels when you first arrive.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English
• Know how to use MS Office
• Typing skill: speed 25wpm up
• Can multi-task, being able to handle calls while navigating through systems
• Good problem-solving ability, being able to approach problems logically
• Customer service experience preferred
