Dutch speaking Customer Care Advisor – Leisure and Tourism

We are currently working with a global name in leisure and tourism who are looking to build their team of Dutch speaking customer service advisors for their London HQ. This is a fantastic temp – perm role for any Dutch speaker who is interested in building their customer service skills within the leisure and tourism industry. As the Dutch speaking sales and customer service advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers based in the Netherlands and the UK, providing a great level of service via phone and email. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to communicate with people, solve problems and wants to develop within a company.

The basic salary is £9 per hour (increase to £9.50 after probation) and you have the opportunity to increase your salary with uncapped commission, the OTE is £5,000 over the year but there is no reason why you cannot earn more through skilled upselling of products and services. Additionally there are many more benefits on offer.

Profile

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience in customer service, customer service executive or customer care coordinator
  • Be motivate and ambitious to provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude along with the flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
