Due to the demand of the market they are now looking to expand their Swedish and Norwegian Customer Service division.
As a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Customer Service Advisor you will have the responsible for the support service for the Swedish or Norwegian speaking customers and be dealing with all enquires in a timely manner and provide first-class customer service. As a part of your role you will be providing professional advice on the products, it is therefore essential for you to have exceptional communication skills. You will have high attention to detail and be comfortable dealing with wide range of customers as well via email and phone. It is important that you are, client-focussed orientated individual with a proven background and demonstrable problem solving skills.

It is a fantastic opportunity for a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Customer Service Advisor to develop your skillsets within a successful company where there will be provided training and be involved in a motivated, friendly and determined team. If you have a keen interest in the music industry, have experience within customer service and are willing to address challenging tasks, then this is a great job for you!

Profile

  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language (Swedish or Norwegian preferred, but others will be considered)
  • Experience a as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service, Customer Representative or Customer Support customer
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Team player and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have a strong knowledge of music products
  • Able to work in York
