Client Services Executive – fluent French (evening shift)

Central London based company is looking for a bright and motivated French speaking Client Services Project Manager with an interest in the world of online technology, for a commercial role in their business dealing with clients in Frenchy and the UK. This position is to join their evening shift which is between 3pm and 11pm.

The company is an online technology business with close ties to the corporate world.
Your role would be to work with French and English speaking customers and independently manage client projects: being the main point of contact for the client in French and the UK, and ensuring the best delivery of service in accordance to client specifications accurately and timely. As the French speaking client services executive you will provide top class post-sales services to a demanding client base: Investment Bankers, Corporate Lawyers, Corporate Board members and will be required to effectively identify and anticipate client needs;

You would be provided with full training and the role is an excellent opportunity for bright, commercially minded people with drive and ambition. To apply for this position you must have experience in a client or customer contact role within an office environment. Office hours are Monday to Friday 3pm – 11pm. Due to the late shift, you will receive an additional bonus on the salary.


  • Fluent in French, written and spoken in addition to English
  • Previous experience in a client or customer services
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to service clients effectively: Ability to host client meetings, presentations and training sessions in a face to face as well as an on-line environment;
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to successfully manage a multiple client relationship(s) in a high demand business;
  • A polite, confident and friendly manner
  • An interest in technology is essential
