Bilingual Talent Acquisition Executive (French+Italian 1yr FTC)

An international organisation within the high end fashion retail industry is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with exceptional language skills in French and Italian to join a successful and incredibly busy London-based in-house talent attraction team. This talent sourcing position will start on a 12 month FTC with a view to becoming permanent.

This fantastic role would be suitable for an experienced French and Italian speaking Talent Acquisition Executive or Recruiter seeking a career development opportunity with a dynamic global retailer. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process across the French and Italian market
  • Understanding the role, advertising, sourcing and interviewing suitable applicants
  • Building and establishing strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and candidates
  • Manage a database of potential talent for future use
  • Identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies
  • Liaising with new and existing clients, gathering full company and vacancy information

About you:

The successful candidate must have perfect fluency or a near-native level of French and English as well as a high level intermediate level of Italian. You will have a solid recruitment background either in-house or from an agency to be able to work within a fast paced retail environment. Due to the nature of the role you must possess strong experience of recruiting into the French market coupled with good knowledge of employment and work regulations in France and previous experience of working with French speaking stakeholders , clients and candidates.


  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken is essential
  • Fluent to intermediate level of Italian (written and spoken) is highly desirable
  • Strong experience within a similar talent attraction / talent acquisition / talent retention/ in-house recruitment or agency recruitment (retail or marketing would be an advantageous)
  • Experience of recruiting across the French and Italian market
  • Excellent understanding of the end to end / 360 recruitment process
  • Able to work in a small, fast paced environment
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Passionate about recruitment / talent acquisition and results driven
  • Able to manage busy workloads with ever-changing deadlines within a time-sensitive environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong IT skills; excellent use of social media recruiting tools i.e LinkedIn
