Bilingual Talent Acquisition Executive (French and Italian)

An international organisation within the high end fashion retail industry is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with exceptional language skills in French and Italian to join a successful and incredibly busy London-based in-house talent attraction team.

This is a great time to join the team owing to strong and continual company growth across their European markets, especially France! Initially, the role will start on a 6 month contract with a view to becoming permanent. As a French and Italian speaking Talent Acquisition Executive you will responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process such as understanding the role, advertising, sourcing and interviewing suitable applicants as well as building and establishing strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and candidates. The successful candidate must have perfect fluency or a near-native level of French and English as well as a high level intermediate level of Italian. You will have a solid recruitment background either in-house or from an agency to be able to work within this fast paced environment. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to have knowledge of work regulations in France and have previous experience working with Italy based clients or candidates.

Profile

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken is essential
  • Fluent to intermediate level of Italian (written and spoken) is highly desirable
  • Strong experience within a similar talent attraction / talent acquisition / talent retention/ in-house recruitment or agency recruitment (retail or marketing would be an advantageous)
  • Experience of recruiting across the French and Italian market
  • Excellent understanding of the end to end / 360 recruitment process
  • Able to work in a small, fast paced environment
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Passionate about recruitment / talent acquisition and results driven
  • Able to manage busy workloads with ever-changing deadlines within a time-sensitive environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong IT skills; excellent use of social media recruiting tools i.e LinkedIn
