As an experienced Bilingual speaking Head of Reservations, your responsibilities will be managing and leading a team of 20+ reservations agents. You will be coordinating and assisting the team to deliver excellent results. As the Head of Reservations you will be supervising the department and be managing the group and individual bookings of several hostels. You will be working alongside the sales team and the General Manager by reporting and ensuring the compliance is up to date with all local legislation and regulations.
It is required for the successful candidate to have a proven background in managing a team in a similar role and have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of customers as well departments within the company.
