A market leading booking company based in Manchester is looking for an extrovert Bilingual speaking Customer Service Representative with Italian, French or German language skills to join them in their stylish, dynamic, multicultural office based in Manchester. As a Bilingual speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be managing a wide range of client service in Italian, French or German dealing with telephone calls and responding emails. It is therefore essential for you to be a client focussed orientated individual with a proven background in Customer Service. You will be using your Language skills on a daily basis and be dealing with clients, handling of all information and queries in a timely manner. As an Italian, French or German-speaking Customer Representative you will have excellent communication skills, have superb problems solving skills and be able to work well in a fast paced environment and independently.

Profile

  • Fluent in Italian, French or German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience within a Customer Service role
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Service Representative or Customer Service Manager
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
  • Able to work well in a fast paced environment as well independently
  • Attention to detail and have superb problem solving skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
  • Can commute reasonable to Manchester City Centre
