Bilingual speaking Administrative Coordinator

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Bilingual speaking Administrative Coordinator to get in involved in a global market-leading biopharmaceutical company. They are urgently seeking for an experienced Administrator to support the Head of one of their departments. This role is an 18 month temporary contract.

As a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator with strong language skills in Japanese, German, French or Italian, you will be providing seamless administrative support to the Head of the department as well as the whole team. This role would involve different duties including managing their diaries, calendars and expenses, organising meeting and conferences as well as assisting with compliance duties. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese, German, French or Italian, possess demonstrable problem solving skills and be able to work well in a fast paced environment whilst showing great enthusiasm to address challenging tasks. You will be working closely with different divisions of the company and therefore it is essential for you to be confident, take initiative and have great communication skills.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrative Coordinator with a keen interested in the pharmaceutical industry, to join an established international organisation with the opportunity to develop your competence within the company.

Profile

  • Required to be fluent in English and another language (Japanese, German, French or Italian) both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Scientific Administrator, Pharmaceutical Administrator or Administrator Coordinator
  • Proficient IT skills are essential and good working knowledge of relevant computer systems, procedures, workflow management and monitoring systems are desirable (especially Microsoft office PowerPoint & Excel.)
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude along with the flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
  • Pharmaceutical background or knowledge would be desirable
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
  • The ability to commute to Uxbridge
