One of the largest medical technology companies in the world has an exciting vacancy for an Italian OR Spanish OR Portuguese speaker to join their customer support team in Watford. The successful applicant will be responding to enquiries from customers concerning medical devices and services in a helpful, professional and empathetic manner. The client provides all necessary equipment, onboarding and training to be able to work remotely, as a hybrid model will be in place (2 days from the office and the rest from home). Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and product support via telephone and email
  • Demonstrating empathy, patience and resilience while safely assisting customers
  • Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone and email are responded to in a timely manner
  • Maintaining knowledge of the system and products by keeping up to date and providing guidance and advice on the products and services

About you:

In order to succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in Italian OR Spanish OR Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.   • Required to be fluent in Italian OR Spanish OR Portuguese to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or help desk role would be desirable
  • Experience or knowledge of medical equipment and an interest in the healthcare industry is a plus
