Bilingual Customer Service Advisor

Our client, is seeking for a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Advisor with strong language skills in Italian to join their dynamic customer service team! You will be involved in a successful company within the healthcare industry who are now expanding their customer service team in Willington, Derbyshire

In this remarkable role you will be providing exceptional first-class customer service. You will be liaising with clients and internal stakeholder and ensuring all enquiries are dealt in a timely manner. As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with a wide range of clients via telephone and emails as well as dealing with administrative tasks. It is therefore essential for you to be confident, have strong communication and organisational skills and have great attention to detail. Within your role you will be supporting the managing team with client meetings/conferences when required.

This role requires the successful candidate to be confident, well-spoken, have a proven background in customer service and be fluent in Italian. This position would be suitable for someone who succeeds a career within the healthcare industry. You will be involved in a dynamic, motivated team, where you have the chance to progress within the company.

**Being able to commute to Willington on a daily basis is a must for this role

Profile

  • Required to be fluent in Italian and English to a native level, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience working in customer care, sales administration, client support or account management dealing with products
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Have a keen interest in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Able to commute to Willington on a daily basis
  • Other languages such as German or French are highly desirable
