Bilingual Customer Service Advisor

Our client is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Advisor with strong language skills in French to join their dynamic customer service team! You will be involved in a successful company within the healthcare industry who are now expanding their customer service team in Willington, Derbyshire.

You will be liaising with clients and internal stakeholders and ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with a wide range of clients via the telephone and responding to emails and be involved in administrative tasks. It is therefore essential for you to be confident, have strong communication and organisational skills and have great attention to detail. Within your role you will be supporting managing the team with client meetings/conferences when required.

This role requires the successful candidate to be confident, well-spoken, have a proven background in customer service and be fluent in French. This position would be suitable for someone who succeeds a career within the healthcare industry. You will be involved in a dynamic, motivated team, where you have the chances to progress within the company.

Profile

  • Required to be fluent in French and English to a native level, both written and spoken.
  • Able to commute to Willington on a daily basis
  • Previous experience working in customer care, sales administration, client support or account management dealing with products
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Have a keen interest in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Other languages such as German or Italian are highly desireable
