A large EU organisation based in Amsterdam is looking for a Bilingual Access to Documents Coordinator to be accountable for the process management of requests to access documents and the coordination of Requests For Information (RFI) on a 10-12 month interim contract.

Extensive training is provided and duties will include:

  • Being the main contact for any request and taking charge of the workflow and keeping all parties up to date throughout the process.
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Ensuring that the requests to access documents are clear and meet the regulatory criteria
  • Adhering to legal deadlines whilst setting appropriate deadlines to deliver results according to workload and complexity of request
  • Being accountable for the correct redacting, filing and tracking of documents
  • Co-ordination of Requests for Information (RFI) and prioritising as necessary

The role would suit a bright and capable coordinator with excellent IT skills and proven experience of working with a heavy workload of documents.
