An outstanding opportunity has occurred for a bright Arabic speaker to join one of the leading tech companies across the world. You will be based in beautiful surroundings as this fantastic vacancy is located in Lisbon, Portugal! The main purpose of this vacancy is to work closely with customers through dealing with all inbound queries and deliver the best customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being first point of contact, answering all queries via emails and telephone across the Arabic market
  • Maintain strong relationship with clients and exercised courtesy and professionalism to all clients
  • Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the client is satisfied

About you:

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, taking full ownership of the role and will have an excellent ability to communicate with people. You will also have the chance to develop new opportunities that will improve the customer service experience within the business. This is a truly inspirational position where you will be involved in a multilingual team in beautiful Lisbon.

Profile:

  • Required to fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service, Customer Representative, Customer Service Executive, Client Service or Customer Support
  • You must be enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and confident in communicating with people at all levels.
  • Able to work in Lisbon, Portugal
  • Available to start as early as next month
