Accountant

Excellent opportunity for experienced Accountant! Our client a well-established commodities trading company based in south London is expanding their team! You would be a key member in the organisation for accounting and tax guidance and support. This is a permanent position based in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance/accounting operations and profit centres.
• Ensure accurate data transmission to the back office.
• Weekly review of Tally, correct missing entries, and inform management.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS, cash flows, and receivable/payable reports with back-office support.
• Handle monthly statutory requirements (PAYE, VAT), certifications/licenses, and insurance filings.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare budgets, and coordinate annual audits.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Tally software is beneficial..
• Qualification in ACCA, or during the course.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
• Advanced analytical and technical accounting skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
