Rituals – Bilingual Customer Relations Agent

Fancy working for a fast growing, sustainable health and wellbeing product company? Rituals are actively recruiting for their bilingual customer relations team for their peak recruitment period running from today until the New Year. We are looking for German or Swedish or French or Spanish speakers immediately. You will get to work in the comfort of your own home, either part time or full time, with a Macbook provided by Rituals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers via email, social media channels and phone
• Spotting sales opportunities and recommending the right products
• Assisting customers, but also inspiring them and letting your creativity flow
• Helping colleagues and supporting with other ad hoc tasks that may come up

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Swedish or German or French or Spanish (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
• Available for 20 – 40 hours per week with flexible availability (evenings and weekends, for instance)
• Available to start on short notice and can work until the 31st of December (extension possible)
• The role is remote (within the Netherlands!), but for training & laptop pick up you will need to come to their HQ in Amsterdam
