Key responsibilities

The French and German speaking Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and appointing new distribution channels in the designated countries, all the while seeking to maximise revenue and market share from the sale of the company’s specialised equipment in assigned territories through the selection and management of new business partners.
The French and German speaking Sales Manager will apply all the best practices in distribution management processes, formulating and executing the regional business plan for the achievement of associated revenue, profit, targets and market growth.
Developing new market segments and growing the sales of current product portfolio and new technologies will be of particular focus to the future French and German speaking Sale Manager.

The Dutch and Italian speaking account Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, implementing and managing partnership deals with professional ticket suppliers.  You will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing and reviewing the performance of those deals against target. The Role:
Recruiting and selling key partnerships with professional ticket resellers
Managing day-to-day aspects of each account
Researching and investigating the live event ticket market
Communicating on the behalf of the partner suppliers
Track and report on the status and success of each account
Develop and innovate programs that are scalable and profitable
Intra European travel

Profile:
Fluency in written and spoken English, Dutch AND Italian
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent, business management or marketing focus preferred.
Relevant sales and account management experience
Outstanding relationship and communications skills, both written and oral with ability to relate and perform in formal and informal settings
Knowledge of or interest in European entertainment industry with an emphasis on sports and music
Interest in working in a fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment

Bsc, BA or above in marketing, economics, business/management or related subjects
The candidate should have some understanding of international business and economy
Very good previous experience (ideally in international sales & marketing)
The candidate needs to be very at ease on the phone and needs to like contact with people as a significant part of the job is spent speaking to directors of companies on the phone assessing their international strategy and promoting our clients services (these are cold calls, although we are not selling anything but getting information from the companies and offering them free assistance)
S/He must have a good attention to details
S/He must be able to summarise information obtained on the phone or by desk research in a clear way
S/He must have experience of desk and internet research and be able to analyse the information obtained
The candidate needs to be able to work on his/her own

Nice to have:

Previous experience in consultancy services, international sales & marketing or FDI
Previous experience in dealing with clients
