Fluency in at least two EU languages is required to facilitate translation and proofreading work. A full range of support duties will also include arranging meetings, travel and diary management.

The organisation requires a number of bilingual secretaries for various departments including Accounts & Finance and Executive support.

Profile:
To meet the requirements laid down by the European Commission, all employees must be eligible to work in one of the member states. Proof of right to work in the EU and copies of all education certificates will be required upon application. Candidates must be educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent.

A high level of competency as a secretary from a stable international background and advanced MS Office skills are essential.
