Role:
French & Spanish speaking Prime Support Engineer with fluent English
To solve end users problems, the direct provision of telephone support to end users and BPE staff on all aspects of specific software intensive products, especially non linear editing and video networking systems as well as high end DV-cam cameras and video tape recorders. Operate remote diagnostics equipment and undertake hands on investigations to recreate problems and find solutions.

Profile
Fluent in English, plus Spanish and French
Proven ability to handle customer demands, with experience in a help desk or other customer support environment
Experience in audio/video or post production environment.
Experience and skills in high level of PC support.

Our client is looking for an Italian and Spanish speaking Technical Support specialist to provide support via phone and email to all clients and customers using English, Italian and Spanish. The Italian and Spanish speaking Technical support specialist is expected to have excellent problem solving skills with thorough knowledge of electrical and electronic fundamentals.
The successful Italian and Spanish speaking Support specialist would be required to generate reports about their activity, to monitor calls and check if payments are received for field service visits.
