Sales Administrator – German and Dutch speaking

You will be responsible for all sales support services, tracking of shipments, maintenance of clients and handling of all information and enquiries.

Other duties in this German and Dutch speaking Sales Administration role are to arrange and manage deliveries to wholesale customers and keep key accounts up to date on any outstanding orders. You will be required to have fluency in German and Dutch as well as being able to deal with high volume orders and work in a fast paced environment.

Profile

  • Perfect fluency in written and spoken English
  • Additional fluency in German and Dutch is required
  • Previous skills in order processing, order fulfilment, booking of deliveries, handling accounts, sales administration, sales support, supply chain administration or logistics is required
  • Previous experience working as a Sales Administrator, Customer Service Representative, Logistics Coordinator, Client Support Executive or Supply Chain Administrator is desirable
  • Previous experience dealing with German and Dutch wholesale clients and B2B customers is desirable
  • An interest in fashion, luxury or retail industry is desirable
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment dealing with a high volume orders
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
