German speaking Support Analyst

Are you looking for a role within an organisation that works together with some of the world’s leading Fashion brands? We are working together with a fast growing company that is currently looking to hire a German speaking Support Analyst to join their expanding applications team.

You will be reporting to the Senior Support Manager (Europe) and as a German speaking Support you are responsible for internal and external post-sales helpdesk and technical support. Within this role your main responsibilities include technical support and ERP Dynamics AX troubleshooting including outbound and follow-up phone calls in German and English. It is expected from you that you log each enquiry into a CRM system. Due to the nature of this role, previous experience of supporting ERP systems such as Dynamics or SAP within the wholesale or retail industry is essential.

If you are the successful candidate for this role, you will be the German speaking Support Analyst contact for the existing B2B clients and your aim is to maximize customer satisfaction and be the primary contact for the client’s customers in the UK as well as Germany. This role can be either based near Düsseldorf or in London.

Required skills and experience

  • Must be bilingual English and German
  • Previous experience of providing support on ERP systems such as Dynamics or SAP is essential.
  • Working with large retail / wholesale / fashion/ footwear / accessories environments providing IT support environment is mandatory
  • Previous work experience as a Support Analyst, Technical Support Representative, 1st line support, Customer Service Representative or Helpdesk is essential
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Excellent customer service and helpdesk skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
