Our client is a market leading international pharmaceutical company who are expanding their DACH and French customer service support team and are seeking an additional German or French speaking Sales Administrator for a business to business role. This is exclusively within a B2B environment so not a call centre type role but more client liaison and order support assistance.
As a German or French speaking Sales Administrator you will be dealing with B2B clients in the DACH market directly, you will be responsible for internal and external communication in German and French with B2B clients, customer services, order management, account management, order fulfilment and upselling on the relevant French/DACH accounts.
You will ideally have previous experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, order fulfilment or office related role, and very confident in working with clients within the French or DACH region.
