Are you looking for a role where you are able to use your language skills and work together with B2B clients based in Italy and Germany? We are working together with a fast growing luxury accessories company that is currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives with fluency in either German or Italian. You will be responsible for all sales support services, tracking of shipments, maintenance of distributors and handling of all information and client enquiries.
As an Italian or German speaking Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for arranging and managing outbound deliveries to customers, keeping key accounts up to date on any outstanding orders. Due to the nature of this role you will have previous experience in dealing with high volume outbound orders from German or Italian clients in a fast paced environment.
*Please do not apply if you are not able to commute to Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire on a daily basis. Sawbridgeworth is commutable from Sheering, Bishop’s Stortford and Harlow.
