French speaking PA

A bilingual Executive Assistant fluency in French is sought after by a leading organisation to provide seamless executive PA support to the organisations CEO. This is a great opportunity for a French speaking PA/EA to join a
creative and heavily involved individual with opportunities to take full ownership of projects whilst making this role your very own!

Initially there will be a lot of travel between the organisations in the UK and French offices whilst supporting the CEO with a wide range of business and private administration. The CEO has been with the organisation for many years and values employees and all colleagues greatly. You will also be responsible for full diary and inbox management, arranging and preparing complex travel itineraries as well as organising meetings. As French speaking EA you will work alongside colleagues based in the UK and France to handle confidential material and liaise with clients in the CEO’s absence whilst talking on projects and representing the CEO at meetings.

This is a great role for an experienced French speaking EA who can hit the ground running naturally thrives in busy, international environments looking for a busy and rewarding position would make the ideal candidate! To be considered for this position my client requires an experienced PA/EA with experience of supporting C-level/board level. Owing to the nature of the work, French speaking PA’s with a proven executive secretarial / EA/ PA background and work experience in an international and corporate environment would be highly desirable.


  • First class written and verbal communications skills in both French and English
  • A proven bilingual Private PA /Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant / EA/ PA background
  • Proven work experience of working in the financial sector highly desirable
  • Highly organised, able to manage your own workload whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
  • Impeccable first-class organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to deal with highly confidential information
  • Strong numerical and MS Office skills
  • Able to work autonomously
