Are you looking to use your exceptional secretarial and administrative skills within a truly multicultural environment?

An EU organisation based in Canary Wharf, are looking for a Bilingual Team Secretary to join their Risk Analysis Service immediately on an initial 3 month interim contract with the option to extend. This will be a very busy and varied role where you will be responsible for providing secretarial, logistical, organisational and administrative support to a team of 15 – 20 analysts.

Duties will include:

  • Organising and providing administrative support in meetings, workshops and seminars
  • Tracking deadlines and proactively encouraging team to comply
  • Preparing and distributing documents for meetings
  • Managing databases
  • Drafting reports in Excel
  • Screening, managing and filing e-mails and correspondence
  • Assisting with managing budgets
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team

Profile

  • Fluency in English and another EU language
  • Proven international secretarial or administrative experience
  • Immediate availability
  • Proactive manner
  • Excellent communication skills and diplomacy
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to cope with a demanding workload to strict deadlines
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment
